@clacytx the issue i have with it, is that it makes it less impressive as a Rube Goldberg machine knowing that its actually several of them edited together to look like one big one. its still a good music video, just not as impressive as it would have been if it were one machine done in one cut
09/04/2010 - 20:57:56
The video is absolutely great, but the music isn't.

Okay to the people who made so many comments saying it's cut, well trying doing that for 6-7 months and getting that ready and your due date is tomorrow can and it takes +30 to try to take it in one shot and singing and you just want to quit. Then you can come back here and troll but since you didn't you can't talk about its cut and stuff.so what if it's cut true fans don't care about that, they care for the band and their music.

Nice video.

@LuckyS373N I don't see it either. I wish people would simply enjot the video for what it is, one take or not, uncut or not. It's for fun. But no, people just feel the need to point out every flaw in a video "/.

@LuckyS373N It's a typewritter, so when the little hand clicks the letter, the thing holding the paper moves torwards the cup. Because for some reason, every line you have to move them back lol.

Who cares if it's not uncut? It's outstanding either way! I agree, brownie points to the camera man. (:

the piano never moves at 2:00-2:02 though
09/04/2010 - 16:09:35
@songbirdsings91 Well said.
09/04/2010 - 15:13:06
9 takes

The vid is cut and I pointed out the points where you can see it in my previous comment. Won`t do it again .. Just adding one thing. I heard the vid is cut because they needed to make some video/sound adjustsment, but the actual chain reaction is done in one cut. Well, to address that, I never said the chain reaction isn`t valid and isn`t done in one cut .. I was referring the the video when I stated that and the vid only.

1:58 The Pinao In The Back Ground Warps 2:25 The Light Moves Behide The Curtain
09/04/2010 - 10:39:59
Awesome, yes it wasn't all in 1 take but some brilliant minds and filming put this together, the editing is near faultless!
09/04/2010 - 10:13:07
props to the cameraman
09/04/2010 - 09:26:36
This is not one take. Proof: Scene where the guy in yellow is in the middle of the room, you can see the piano in the back right warp, as the bars cover the transition - watch from 2:00 - 2:02 When the curtain is opening, you see a light, but when the curtains open its warped significantly - watch from 2:23-2:28 That is all
09/04/2010 - 09:24:09
OMG A CHAIN REACTION, EVERYBODY RUN
09/04/2010 - 07:50:00

09/04/2010 - 07:16:32
Ok, this is quite possibly one of the best, no, by far, the greatest chain reaction i have ever seen. Plus this song is awesome
